General Provisions<\/strong><br>These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Seller and the Buyer when purchasing the online course <em>English Tenses by a Million Sentences<\/em> through <a href=\"http:\/\/www.anglkalaskova.cz\">www.anglkalaskova.cz<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Seller:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name: <strong>Jana Kalaskova<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business ID (I\u010cO): <strong>88925404<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registered address: <strong>Horn\u00ed Po\u0159\u00ed\u010d\u00ed 33, 679 62, Czech Republic<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact e-mail: <strong><a>angl.kalaskova@seznam.cz<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Buyer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A natural or legal person who places an order through the website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Subject of the Contract<\/strong><br>The subject of the contract is the online course <em>English Tenses by a Million Sentences<\/em>, provided in electronic form (digital content).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Order and Conclusion of Contract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Buyer places an order via the website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The contract is concluded at the moment the course fee is paid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to the course is granted once payment is received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Price and Payment Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The price of the course is listed on the website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payments are made online (payment gateway, bank transfer).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Seller is not a VAT payer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>According to Section 1837 (l) of the Czech Civil Code, the Buyer cannot withdraw from a contract for the supply of digital content once delivery has started with the consumer\u2019s prior consent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By purchasing and accessing the course, the Buyer acknowledges they lose the 14-day right of withdrawal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the course cannot be delivered due to technical reasons on the Seller\u2019s side, the Buyer has the right to a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Complaints and Technical Issues<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the course is non-functional due to the Seller\u2019s fault, the Buyer has the right to file a complaint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complaints must be submitted in writing to the Seller\u2019s contact e-mail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Seller undertakes to resolve complaints within 30 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8.
