Response time
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 business days and resolve it within 30 days.
What cannot be claimed
Complaints cannot be accepted for issues caused by incorrect use of the course, such as weak internet connection, forgotten passwords, or personal device problems.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.
