6. Right of Withdrawal

  • According to Section 1837 (l) of the Czech Civil Code, the Buyer cannot withdraw from a contract for the supply of digital content once delivery has started with the consumer’s prior consent.
  • By purchasing and accessing the course, the Buyer acknowledges they lose the 14-day right of withdrawal.
  • If the course cannot be delivered due to technical reasons on the Seller’s side, the Buyer has the right to a refund.

7. Complaints and Technical Issues

  • If the course is non-functional due to the Seller’s fault, the Buyer has the right to file a complaint.
  • Complaints must be submitted in writing to the Seller’s contact e-mail.
  • The Seller undertakes to resolve complaints within 30 days.

  • The Seller processes personal data only for the purpose of fulfilling the contract (sending access details, invoicing).
